Residence Besass, Gtsgroup - Tignale

The size of the apartment and balcony were perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool, the views, and the shuttlebus that took us to nearby attractions. The golden card gave us additional perks. The proximity to the lovely little village was a bonus.

Pleasant receptionist, spacious apartment with amazing terrace, great location despite being high up. Easy access, excellent facilities including pool, balcony or patio in all apartments, large bedrooms with double beds. Super views, convenient location near restaurants, bars, mini market, and ATMs.

Clean apartment with great mountain views. Walking distance to several restaurants, Al Torchio Pizzaria is highly recommended. Lovely pool and well-maintained gardens. Friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the fine views and quiet location of this hotel. The facilities for kids were great and we enjoyed our meals on the lovely semi-private outside patio. The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The short walk to nearby village and well-stocked supermarket was convenient.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention and was pleased with the featured amenities, including a computer station. It made it convenient for me to catch up on work and stay connected.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. The free wifi throughout the resort was advertised, but unfortunately, it didn't work well, which made it difficult for me to complete my tasks efficiently.

The Residence Besass in Tignale was a delightful surprise. The outdoor pool was like a refreshing oasis, surrounded by a sun terrace that made me feel like I was lounging in paradise. With a drink in hand, I could have easily mistaken myself for a movie star on vacation.

Wi-Fi connection issues.

The apartments were very spacious and modern. We enjoyed the spectacular views of the mountains and lake from our terrace. The location was great, close to beautiful small cities along the lake. We also appreciated the helpful staff.

The level of cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par. We noticed dust on the furniture and the shower was not clean.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities and offers a luxurious experience. the spacious and well-appointed room featured a beautiful balcony with spectacular views of the lake. We enjoyed the quiet location and were able to comfortably relax on the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool.

The only minor issue we encountered was having to pay extra for sheets and pillows, which was a surprise. we found the nearby supermarket convenient for purchasing any additional necessities we needed.

The facilities at the hotel were great, with a garage for vehicles, a nice swimming pool, and all rooms having either a balcony or patio. the location was perfect, with two different ways to access the property, and just a short 5-minute walk from the village centre, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars. the bedrooms were very spacious, and the views from the balcony were simply stunning.

The kitchen equipment in the apartment was quite basic, which made cooking a bit difficult. There were also very few restaurants nearby, and the village was quite far from other towns.

Beautiful view, quiet location, fun chess board, comfortable shower & beds, discounts at restaurant, supermarket nearby.

We stayed at Residence Besass, Gtsgroup for a week and had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The location in the mountains was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. We loved the nearby town of Gardola, which had several great restaurants, including the amazing Al Torchio Pizzaria. The pool and apartment facilities were excellent, especially for families. The reception area was a cozy spot for playing chess and enjoying a glass of wine with beautiful views. The reception staff, Lorena and Chiara, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We stayed in a nice clean apartment in a quiet location near a small supermarket and a few restaurants. the view from the terrace was stunning and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. the reception ladies were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing chess in the reception area, accompanied by a glass of wine, with lovely views of the mountains.

There was no electric kettle or toaster in the kitchen.
